Industrial Fiberglass Laminator

CFF inc (Custom Fiberglass Fabrication) is hiring. I really doubt we are going to find a qualified laminator or fabricator locally. You will probably start as a laminators helper. It takes a while to become proficent in the trade. I hope you have some other attribute or skill that will make you not a drag while you are learning. Have any experience as a welder, framer, carpenter, mechanic, electrician, pipe fitter, sheet metal, hvac, tailor, upholsterer? Can you model? Can you at least clean up? Did you grow up handy. Do you have the knack? Can you keep a tool truck strait? Have you ever used hand and power tools? The work is itchy, hot and stinky, but you get to get to build cool stuff. It can be very rewarding. Ideally I would like someone who has the ability to work independently and lead a crew...eventually, but til then you have to accept you don't know anything. Develope the skills before I let you lay a tool on anything without oversite. It takes time to become a craftsman. Have a liscense. If you arent looking to give it at least a couple years then don't start.
