Job Summary

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This position is physically demanding, requiring upper-body strength and stamina.

Scope

Performs a variety of duties related to building and mechanical systems maintenance using hand and power tools, climbing, repairing circuit breakers, HVAC, plumbing, and alarms system, among other general grounds upkeep duties. The successful candidate must be able to perform tasks such as repairing a bandsaw, stripping a parking lot, helping to repair a commercial HVAC system, unclogging a sandblaster, and changing a light bulb. We also require a professional attitude, a practical mind, and great attention to detail. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and responsibly observe all health and safety guidelines.

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant work experience is required.

CNC equipment, including Trumpf Lasers and Press Brakes, preferred
Welding robots, including ABB and Yaskawa Motoman Robots preferred
Working with 480v, 3ph power
Experience implementing a preventative Maintenance program is a bonus. Proficiency in using CMMS/Computerized Maintenance Management System is a bonus
TIG and MIG welder repair preferred
Hand tools, power, and tools for safe operation

Skills

· Ability to read and understand machine design, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, and blueprints
· Ability to communicate with outside technicians and vendors
· Integrated Systems Troubleshooting, and resolving issues in complex systems combining electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
· Knowledge of building mechanical, plumbing, and other general systems to ensure they function properly.
· Operation of Forklifts and Overhead Cranes

Key Responsibilities

Programming experience iPLC's'sVFD's's, SQ Ds, MDR conveyors and excellent in data logic and troubleshooting.
Install necessary PLC updates, programming, and troubleshooting
HVAC experience qualified to diagnose AC/Heating systems.
Industrial Oven is qualified to troubleshoot error faults
Possess an Electrical Background to understand how to read Elec diagrams, diagnose High power Elec 480-volt systems
Possess the Knowledge and know how to install or Provide 110 voltage to 480-volt power from the main Source of power to another
Experience in Laser cutter machinery
Possess various experiences in the installation of machines, electrical network production, and team management
Electromechanical maintenance and maintenance of production machines
Wiring of rotating and special machines
Experience in troubleshooting automation systems/handling equipment. hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Robot Programmer Writing and updating code to control robot movements and functions.
Performs regular upkeep and repairs on robotic equipment.
Setting up and integrating robotic systems in various work environments.
Troubleshooter: Identifying and resolving issues with robotic systems to minimize downtime.
Safety Monitor: Ensuring robotic operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
Integrated Systems: Troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex systems that combine electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
Regularly check buildings, and mechanical, plumbing, and other general systems to ensure they function properly and meet health and safety standards.
