As an Apprentice Mason, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing specialized skills in the installation of industrial ceramic and refractory materials. Working with experienced craftsmen, you'll learn industry-specific techniques, proper tool usage, and safe installation practices. Our comprehensive training program also provides valuable OSHA and MSHA certifications, helping you build a strong foundation for a rewarding, long-term career as a highly skilled tradesperson

🔁 Work & Travel

*You will typically:
*Travel to job sites across the U.S. one week
*Work in the Kansas City facility the next week
*All travel expenses covered (flights, lodging, per diem for meals)

💰 What We Offer:

*Excellent Pay – Earn up to $2,400/week
*Guaranteed 40 hours/week + plenty of overtime
