This position offers a competitive hourly wage, full benefits, and strong growth potential. It is with an established company in Delran, NJ that manufactures custom-built products for commercial and government customers.

Overview:
Prepare surfaces for painting: sanding, grinding, degreasing, and masking
Stir/mix paint and pour into spray container; apply primer and finish coats using a spray gun
Operate, clean, and maintain spray painting equipment
Inspect finished surfaces for quality and consistency
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and respirators
Maintain a clean, organized paint booth and work area
Track material usage and communicate supply needs to supervisor
Support the company's Quality Management System and quality policy

Qualifications
1+ years of industrial or commercial painting experience preferred
Familiarity with industrial coatings (primers, epoxies, polyurethanes)
Experience operating spray guns (airless/conventional)
Comfortable working in a shop/fabrication environment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
OSHA safety training a plus
Ability to work in a paint booth environment (fumes, heat, noise)
Standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
Use of required PPE including respirator, gloves, and protective clothing
