Job Overview

Staff Zone is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters, Welders, and Ironworkers for an industrial construction project at a Wastewater Treatment Plant in Gilbert, Arizona.

Positions Available

Pipe Fitters

Install, assemble, fit, and align industrial piping systems

Read measurements, layouts, and construction drawings
Assist with piping installation, supports, valves, and related components
Wastewater, process piping, or industrial mechanical experience preferred
Welders

Perform welding and fabrication associated with industrial construction
Fit and weld components according to project requirements
Follow established welding procedures and jobsite safety requirements
Industrial piping and wastewater treatment experience is a plus
Ironworkers

Assist with installation and assembly of structural and miscellaneous steel
Install supports, platforms, structural components, and related materials
Safely use appropriate hand and power tools
Industrial construction experience strongly preferred
What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous experience in their respective skilled trade

Industrial construction experience strongly preferred
Wastewater or Water Treatment Plant experience highly encouraged
Ability to work 50+ hours per week
Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
Reliable transportation to the Gilbert, AZ project
Strong attendance and work ethic
Ability to work safely and follow site-specific requirements
Willingness to complete the full 2–3 month project
Preferred Certifications: OSHA 10, Fall Protection, Confined Space, MEWP/Aerial Lift, Rigging/Signal Person, and applicable welding certifications. Wastewater treatment plant and industrial construction experience is highly preferred. Welders must be able to pass any project-required weld test.

Compensation & Opportunity

$28.00–$32.00 per hour, contingent upon trade, skill level, and relevant experience.

The project is expected to last approximately 2–3 months, with 50+ hours available per week.

Strong performers may have the opportunity to be hired directly.
