Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician / Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician / Automation Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize this sophisticated manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong robotic programming and troubleshooting experience
Extensive PLC programming, diagnostics, electrical controls, and industrial wiring experience
Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment quickly to minimize downtime
Experience servicing CNC machinery, robotics, automation systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Computer proficiency for ordering replacement parts, accessing technical manuals, and documenting repairs
Forklift maintenance and repair experience preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Strong commitment to workplace safety and preventative maintenance
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair advanced CNC, robotic, and automated manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, servo, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Program and optimize robotic equipment when required
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for technical support and replacement parts
Respond rapidly to production breakdowns and return equipment to service as quickly as possible
Maintain maintenance records and recommend equipment improvements
