Industrial Sewing / Seamstress Needed for Flexible Part-Time Work

Location: Golden, CO (work from home or our shop)

We are a small Colorado manufacturing company looking for an experienced seamstress or industrial sewer to help sew nylon webbing harnesses for one of our products. This is a paid per piece job and not an hourly rate. No benefits.

This is NOT clothing or alterations. We are sewing durable webbing assemblies using heavy-duty materials. Sample pictures can be provided.

We already have:

The pattern and design

All materials and hardware
Sewing instructions
Prototype samples

We need someone who:

Has experience sewing heavy materials, nylon webbing, canvas, upholstery, outdoor gear, backpacks, horse tack, or similar products
Is comfortable using an industrial walking-foot sewing machine (preferred)
Can produce consistent, high-quality work
Has good attention to detail

Work arrangement:

Flexible hours

Work from your home shop or at our shop in Golden
Part-time to start with the potential for ongoing work
Paid per piece or hourly, depending on experience

Retired sewers, upholstery professionals, sail makers, canvas workers, outdoor gear makers, and experienced hobbyists are encouraged to apply.
