Inspection Technician/ Shop Manager

NOW HIRING – AUTOMOTIVE INSPECTION TECHNICIAN
📍 Sticker Station – Sanford, Maine

Sticker Station is looking for a dependable, motivated Automotive Inspection Technician to join our Sanford location.

💰 COMPENSATION

• $20–$24/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Commission opportunities based on productivity and services performed
• Monthly performance bonuses based on individual and shop performance
• Customer tips paid out weekly
• Higher starting wage available for an experienced candidate with a current Maine State Inspection License Class A and E

🕗 SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
30-minute lunch
NO WEEKENDS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Maine State Motor Vehicle Inspections
• Oil changes and basic maintenance
• Tire rotations
• Replace bulbs and wiper blades
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks
• Identify and communicate needed repairs or maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Help keep vehicles moving efficiently through the station

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Maine State Inspection License preferred
• Automotive experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Motivated to help grow the Sanford location
