Installation Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bath Installation Service Technician to join our team. This role involves installing and repairing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and some related components in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, carpentry, and understanding of plumbing, electrical work, and the use of various hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction site experience to apply their skills in a dynamic environment focused on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties

• Install kitchen and bathroom fixtures including sinks, cabinets, countertops, with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized fabrication tools to complete installations efficiently.
• Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and other related tasks to achieve a polished finish.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Maintain a clean work environment and properly care for tools and equipment.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management, construction estimating, or construction inspection is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and various installation techniques such as cabinet installation, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, restoration projects is preferred, and construction site safety protocols is essential.
• Familiarity with software or similar digital markup tools is a plus. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills in multiple facets of construction and installation work.
