Installation Technician - Construction - 1099

We’re a growing Colorado company that installs a niche product in the luxury home market, along with some work for athletic and research facilities. We have a growing number of projects in Park City and are looking for a Salt Lake–area independent contractor to handle installs locally.

Work is project-based, so this is a good fit for an experienced handyman or tradesperson looking for steady side work at high-end properties.

Where: Primarily Park City, Deer Valley, and the Wasatch Back, with some Salt Lake Valley work. Occasional travel to Colorado or other states is a plus but not required.

Pay: $40–60/hr depending on experience. Paid Net30 on invoice, 1099.

The work:

Install our systems alongside or under the direction of our install lead
Run supply lines and PVC; run and terminate low-voltage/data cable
Core drilling, unistrut mechanical racks, basic carpentry
Seal rooms (door seals, caulking windows and penetrations)
Drywall patch and paint
Local service calls and coordination with builders and other trades

What you bring:

3+ years in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general contracting
Your own hand and power tools and a reliable vehicle
General liability insurance [and your own business or LLC]
Clean, careful work habits; comfortable in high-end occupied homes
Clear communication with homeowners, property managers, and other trades
Smartphone and email for scheduling, photos, and job notes

How it works: We offer jobs as they come up, and you accept the ones that fit your schedule. Being our local person in Park City means first call on service work as well as installs.
