Description
SCT is looking for a Technician for the state of Indiana and surrounding areas. Must have reliable transportation and be able to use the car during the week. You cannot be dropped off or use ride share.
**Compensation & Perks:**
- Competitive pay: $26/hr onsite; $15/hr for travel from home to job site
-Paid weekly via ADP workforce on Friday
- Requires a reliable personal car and 100% weekly overnight travel out of state (corporate credit card provided for expenses)
- Home weekly and on weekends
- This is a 1099 contract position

**What You'll Do:**
- Inventory and open boxes
- Assemble equipment
- **Infrastructure & Hardware:** Build out IT closets, install cable/fiber, and mount access points
- **Systems Implementation:** Program new and used equipment to ensure clinical readiness
- **Operational Excellence:** Maintain accurate inventory, submit daily work logs, and manage project paperwork
- **Environment:** Operate professionally in a hospital setting, interacting respectfully with patients and medical staff
- **Reliability:** Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings
- **Technical Aptitude:** Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic IT networking concepts
- **Readiness:** Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and your own basic hand and network tools
- **Detail-Oriented:** Skilled at managing paperwork and logs, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- **Flexibility:** Willingness to travel overnight as needed (all travel accommodations and expenses covered via company credit card)
