INSTALLER / METAL INSTALLER NEEDED – PROVIDENCE, RI

🔨 Short-term project

We are looking for an experienced Installer / Metal Installer / Skilled Construction Tradesperson for installation and repair work at the Amtrak Providence Station.

WORK INVOLVES:
1. Installing 3-foot metal grilles at auxiliary entrances
2. Repairing and securing base cladding
3. Straightening/adjusting a perforated metal panel
4. Taking accurate field measurements of sump pits
5. Field verifying existing conditions for two additional 2-foot grilles
6. General metal installation, adjustment and finishing work

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Architectural metal

Metal grilles
Sheet metal
Metal panels
Cladding
Commercial construction
Storefront / architectural finishes
Signage installation
Railings or similar metal installation
General skilled construction / field installation

You do NOT necessarily need experience with this exact type of grille if you have strong metal/construction installation experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have your own basic tools and equipment
2. Able to take accurate measurements
3. Able to work independently on a job site
4. Reliable and safety-conscious
5. Able to work at Amtrak Providence Station
6. Previous construction/installation experience required
