INSTALLERS WANTED — PAID TRAINING | PERMANENT LED LIGHTING

Want to learn a skilled trade with room to grow?

We install permanent architectural LED lighting on homes and businesses throughout the Austin area. We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined people to join our installation team.

Lighting experience is not required. We provide paid training for the right candidates. Experience in construction, roofing, electrical, framing, low-voltage wiring, HVAC, solar, or another hands-on trade is a plus.

THE WORK

This is active, hands-on installation work. A typical job may include:

• Installing lighting tracks along rooflines and architectural features
• Working from ladders and on roofs
• Crawling through attics to run wiring—this is a regular and essential part of the job
• Using hand and power tools
• Connecting and testing lighting components
• Troubleshooting installation or system issues
• Keeping the jobsite clean and treating customers’ homes with care
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members

Austin roofs and attics can be hot, tight, and physically demanding. Please apply only if you are genuinely comfortable with heights, ladders, outdoor work, and confined attic spaces.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable transportation with a clean, presentable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobs around Greater Austin
• Ability to safely perform physical installation work
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor
• General liability insurance—we can help explain how to obtain it
• Willingness to acquire appropriate ladders and equipment as you progress

COMPENSATION

Training: $20-$25 per hour depending on skill level

After training: Piece-rate compensation based on job size, quality, and performance
Typical earning potential: $2,000-$2,500/week once proficient
