As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard working and motivated candidates just like you to serve a key role as an Aluminum Installer. Time will be spent both in the shop and in the field. Overtime is available as needed. Company trucks and trailers. Our shop is centrally located in Tarpon Springs. Opportunities to earn more money based on performance, attendance, attitude, desire to be a leader etc. We pay top dollar to experienced screen installers. We are looking for people with great attitudes, work ethic, and attention to detail to be part of our team. We are laid back, but we work hard.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Measuring, cutting and installing screening products for lanai’s, balconies, porches and patios.
• Fabricating and installing handrails.
• Reading, interpreting, and laying out plans, sketches, and shop drawings
• Accurately providing and following measurements on-site
• Preparing necessary materials and components for producing and installing aluminum products
• Assembling and preparing components for various products and structures
• Installing aluminum frames, doors, and screens according to blueprints and specifications
• Inspecting completed products to maintain accuracy and quality control
• Keeping work areas tidy and clear of debris, organizing leftover materials for reuse
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with customers and team members
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment in a safe but timely manner
• Warehouse work, including loading and unloading materials on and off trucks or into warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience
• Valid driver's license is required
• The ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, twist and reach throughout shift

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in installation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended but not required.
• A huge plus if you have experience installing screening

Job-Type: Full time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, overtime available

Pay: $20 - $35 per hour, based on experience
