Insulation and Weatherization Crew Lead - Bestway Insulation

Bestway Insulation has been one of the best in the weatherization industry for 50 years — a locally owned, family business built on doing the job right. Now we're looking for an experienced Insulation Crew Lead to run jobs, mentor a crew, and keep our standards high on every site.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be in the attics and crawlspaces alongside your crew, not just directing from the truck — while also training installers, controlling quality, and making sure every homeowner has a great experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
• Perform quality-control inspections before leaving every jobsite
• Communicate with homeowners professionally and courteously throughout the project
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and coordinate solutions with management
• Ensure equipment, tools, and vehicles are properly maintained and operated safely
• Maintain proper inventory levels on company trucks and communicate material needs

What You Bring

• Ability to safely operate insulation blowing equipment and related tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills, you can train and motivate a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Bilingual is a plus
