INSULATION & HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re a growing insulation and HVAC company in Central New Jersey looking for an energetic, professional sales representative to join our team.

You’ll meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, assess their comfort and energy-efficiency concerns, and recommend insulation and HVAC solutions. We’ll teach you the trade knowledge you need and provide the leads, tools, and support to help you succeed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Good organization and consistent follow-up.
• Your own reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check, since you’ll be meeting customers in their homes.

Experience selling insulation, HVAC, solar, or home remodeling is a strong advantage, but trade-specific experience is not required.

EARNING POTENTIAL:

Successful sales representatives in this position can earn $8,000–$12,000 per month or more, depending on performance. We have the leads and tools—you bring the drive and commitment.
