Job Responsibilities

• Remove and replace batt and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial properties.
• Operate insulation removal and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Drive a company box truck to transport materials, equipment, and crew members to job sites.
• Lead and supervise insulation installation crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project progress, expectations, and any job-related concerns.
• Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling, project updates, material needs, and job completion.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Use company software and smartphone applications to document jobs, communicate updates, upload photos, and complete required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Previous insulation installation experience preferred.
• Experience removing and installing batt and blown-in insulation.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews and job site operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform manual labor throughout the workday.
• Familiarity with insulation industry safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to use a smartphone, mobile applications, and company software effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
