The Foreman supports field leadership through coordinating crews, managing daily jobsite activities, and upholds production and safety standards. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in supervising construction operations. Foreman will work directly with superintendents, project managers, and field teams to understand sequencing, quality control, and the operational flow of commercial construction projects.
Equipment Operator Overview: $20-$25/hr
The Equipment Operator supports field operations by learning to safely operate, maintain, and assist with heavy equipment used in commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience with machinery, vehicles, or technical equipment and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry. Operators will work alongside other experienced operators, superintendents, and project teams.
Block Installer Overview: $20-$25/hr
The Block Installer supports field crews in the installation of retaining walls and related sitework. This role is ideal for people who enjoy physical work, hands on problem solving, and being part of a high performing field team. Block Installer scope of work includes understanding the fundamentals of wall layout, block placement, compaction, drainage installation, and jobsite efficiency while working directly with other experienced installers, foremen, and superintendents.
