Description
Diamond General Contracting Corp is a local General Contractor and has immediate openings for an Interior Commercial Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents for Office Tenant Fit-Outs/Build Outs and Renovation projects with 5 + years experience in the VA/DC/MD areas.
Duties include effective management of the site operations and must be able to communicate/coordinate sub trades to ensure the highest standards are met within schedule and set budget. Highly motivated self starters are wanted for this position.
Qualified candidates are expected to:
- Read drawings/specs
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors affectively
- Provide/maintain daily logs
- Computer skills - Work/Excel/Microsoft Project
- Work within an occupied space
- Own transportation
- Verifiable work experience working in Interior Tenant Fit-outs
