Interior Desiger/ Design Assistant

We are seeking a talented, organized, and design-driven Interior Designer or Senior Interior Design Assistant to join our growing residential design studio. Our work focuses on high-end custom homes and renovations, blending Scandinavian, Belgian, modern coastal, and timeless luxury design.

Responsibilities
● Assist with the design and development of luxury residential interiors.
● Prepare detailed drawing sets using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
● Create space plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and construction documents.
● Source furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, plumbing fixtures, and accessories.
● Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
● Manage project schedules, procurement, and client deliverables.
● Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and specification packages.
● Conduct site visits, field measurements, and installation coordination.
● Maintain organized project documentation and vendor communications.
Qualifications
● Minimum 5 years of interior design experience.
● Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
● Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly preferred.
● Excellent project management and organizational skills.
● Experience with high-end residential projects preferred.
● Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and furnishings.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
● Professional, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
