Interior Finisher – Drywall, Paint & Millwork

The Interior Finisher is responsible for completing high-quality interior finishing work on residential and commercial construction projects. This role includes drywall repair and finishing, interior painting, trim and millwork installation, and final touch-up work to prepare spaces for completion and turnover. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Hang, repair, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall
• Prepare and paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
• Install baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, and other millwork
• Perform punch-list and final touch-up work
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Read plans and follow project specifications
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules

Qualifications:

• Experience in drywall finishing, painting, and trim carpentry
• Knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift materials and work on ladders as needed
