Interior Framer / Carpenter

Craftsmen Contractors is currently hiring experienced Interior Framers / Carpenters for commercial projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. Most work involves metal framing and drywall installation.

Hiring Bonus

$50 BONUS after your first 40 hours worked!

Job Responsibilities

Install interior framing, drywall, windows, molding, and related structures
Perform metal stud framing and drywall hanging
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Operate hand tools, power tools, and air-powered tools safely
Assist with general construction labor and fabrication tasks
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow project plans and schedules as directed

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in:

Interior framing
Metal stud framing
Drywall hanging
Strong measuring and cutting skills
Must have:
Basic hand tools
PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Vest/Shirt, Work Boots, Jeans)
Reliable transportation
Knowledge of commercial carpentry and framing methods
Must be able to pass a background check to access military base projects
