Interior Remodeler Needed

A small real estate property management business is seeking a reliable, skilled interior remodeler for renovation and maintenance projects in residential rental properties. Your choice of W-2 or 1099, hourly or contract basis.

We are looking for someone who can handle a range of interior work: light electrical and plumbing tasks, fixture installation, and finish work.

Must be experienced in residential interiors and comfortable working independently. Pay based on experience.
