IRONWORKER- Full-time (Immediate Opening) $24-$45/ hr

Small Connecticut based, pre-engineered metal building erector is looking to add a full-time ironworker to our established crew.

Ironworker Position:

• Erection of pre-engineered metal buildings throughout southern New England and surrounding area.
• All phases of the metal building process, including frame, siding, roofing, insulation and trim.
• Requires working from heights, use of hand tools, power tools and aerial lifts.
• Requires knowledge of safe working practices and constant attention to surroundings.

• Opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a foreman role by demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as efficiency and leadership.
• Full-time + hours: 45+ hours, 5-7 days a week (time-and-a-half overtime.)
• Weekly pay with starting rate of $24-$45/hr based on experience.

• Good physical condition with the ability to perform laborious duties (ie lifting, walking and other working functions) for long hours.

• Metal building experience is preferred.
