We are a family-owned and operated structural steel fabrication and installation company looking for a motivated Entry-Level Welder's Helper / Structural Steel Installer to join our growing team. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to meet you.

No previous experience is required—we're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist welders and fabricators in the field.
Help install structural steel at commercial and residential job sites.
Load, unload, and organize steel materials and tools.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Assist with measuring, fitting, and preparing steel for fabrication and installation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working outdoors and at varying heights.
Willingness to learn welding, fabrication, and steel erection.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Construction or trade experience is a plus but not required.
