Schedule Options: Mon–Thu or Fri–Mon (pick your crew schedule)
Work Style: Field work + optional “from home” support jobs (photos, reports, coordination)

• Prep, scraping, rust treatment, priming, coatings
• Sealants/caulking, waterproofing, preventive maintenance
• Clean finishes + quality work = consistent jobs

✅ Wood Balcony / Exterior Egress Home Inspectors

• Framing, repairs, replacement, waterproofing
• Rot repair, reinforcement, rebuilds
• Contractors who “do it all” are welcome

✅ Welding Outfits / Fabrication Shops (Subcontract Partners)

REQUIREMENTS (READ BEFORE APPLYING)

• 5+ years trade experience (preferred — fire escape/ironwork/balconies a big plus)
• Valid driver’s license (MA or CA, depending on where you work)
• Background check required
• W-9 / 1099
• References / proven track record
• Must sign our Independent Contractor Agreement
• Insurance required: General Liability + Workers Comp (current)
