Irrigation Technician/Team Member – Immediate Hire

Looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our growing team with preferred 3 years of experience. We are a family-run company with strong values and unlimited growth potential for the right candidate. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled team player with solid knowledge of irrigation systems, low voltage lighting, landscape warranty, and production background.

Key Responsibilities

• Install backflow assemblies on existing irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation mainlines, valves, sprinkler heads, and related components (including digging and trenching), low voltage lighting
• Install new irrigation and lighting systems from start to finish when required
• Adjust, program, and troubleshoot various irrigation controllers and timers
• Identify drainage deficiencies and problematic soil conditions and recommend solutions
• Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship to prevent warranty issues
• Maintain a clean job site and ensure all tools and equipment are removed daily
• Operate and understand trenchers, ditchers, wire locators, multi-meters, and proper pipe and wiring sizing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple types of irrigation systems and low voltage lighting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Ensure all equipment is properly secured during transport to prevent damage or theft
