ISO 1099 Flooring Installer, Licensed and Insured

We are a flooring contractor looking for a 1099 crew that can install lvp, carpet and cove base in a multi-family setting. Glue down LVT, floating LVT, carpet and/or tile install experience required. Also looking for a terazzo expert for restoration. This is for an apartment complex that will undergo renovations (100 + units). Must carry Liability, Auto and Worker's Comp insurance.
