ISO: Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Excavators, Backhoes & UTVs (WAIALUA)

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of construction and ranch equipment.
If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working independently, and keeping machines operating at their best, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service.
• Repair and maintain excavators, backhoes, Polaris UTVs, trailers, and other equipment.
• Replace hoses, cylinders, pumps, bearings, tracks, undercarriage components, and wear parts.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Keep accurate maintenance records.
• Perform field service repairs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years as a heavy equipment mechanic (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with excavators and backhoes is required.
• Experience servicing Polaris UTVs is a plus.
• Diesel engine experience.
• Hydraulic troubleshooting experience.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
