ISO independent maintenance worker welding & electrical experience

Looking for an independent maintenance worker — welding & electrical experience (Plano, TX)
Need a skilled individual (not a company) for as-needed commercial maintenance work in the Plano area. Jobs may include general repairs, light welding/fabrication, and electrical troubleshooting/fixes.
Looking for someone with:

• Hands-on experience in commercial or industrial maintenance
• Welding skills (MIG/stick preferred, mobile rig a plus)
• Basic to intermediate electrical work (outlets, panels, fixtures, troubleshooting)
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Available for as-needed/on-call jobs
• Individual preferred (open to companies meeting requirements)
