ISO Skilled Tile Setter & Remodel Specialist

Looking for an experienced, independent carpenter or remodeling specialist for ongoing work on residential renovation projects.

We are growing our bath and kitchen remodeling and really need to bring tile setting in-house. Looking for someone to help accomplish this.

Typical Tasks Include:

• Shower pan setup (open to preferred method, but water test is needed)
• Kitchen backsplashes
• Floor Tile
• Heated floor installs (We can provide training if this is new to you)

Work Structure & Schedule:
This is not a full-time, 40-hour-a-week job. It is ideal for a solo operator, semi-retired builder, or a highly skilled tradesperson looking for steady side work.

The Commitment: I am looking for someone who can typically commit to 3-4 days of work at a time, given 5 to 10 days of advance notice.

Compensation: Paid via a competitive Day Rate or Hourly (Time & Materials). I provide a clear workspace and have materials on-site ready to go. You bring your tools and expertise. Paid immediately upon completion of the task.

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Drug free environment.
• Willing to submit to background check (required by some vendors I am working for)

Reliable communication. If you say you’ll be there Tuesday at 8:00 AM, you’re there.
