### REQUIREMENTS:

• Active CCB license
• Active insurance
• Active bond
• Workers' Comp if you have employees
• Your own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to properly and safely set up for multi-story work
• Pump jacks/scaffolding are a bonus
• Professional appearance on the job site

### EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We are looking for **experienced exterior crews**, not crews learning on the job.

You should be experienced in most or all of the following:

• James Hardie lap siding installation
• James Hardie board & batten
• James Hardie shake siding
• Cedar lap & cedar shake
• Siding removal and replacement
• Window & door replacement
• Window & door frame-ins
• Window & door trim
• Exterior trim installation
• Dry rot removal & repairs
• Framing repairs
• Sheathing replacement
• Proper house wrap / WRB installation
• Window and door flashing
• Proper flashing at siding transitions and penetrations
• Caulking and weatherproofing
• General siding and exterior repairs

### ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS:

• Lead-safe demolition
• Decks
• Structural repairs
• Larger dry rot / framing repairs
• Full window and door installation projects

### YOU MUST BE WILLING TO:

• Communicate consistently with our project management team
• Show up when you say you will
• Work normal, consistent job-site hours
• Keep projects moving and meet agreed-upon schedules
• Wear company shirts while representing our company
• Treat our customers professionally and respectfully
• Protect landscaping, windows, decks, driveways, and customer property
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Complete quality work without needing constant supervision
• Communicate immediately when unexpected conditions or additional repairs are discovered
