James Hardie Siding Installer

**EXPERIENCED JAMES HARDIE SIDING INSTALLERS NEEDED – IMMEDIATE WORK**

We are currently looking for **experienced James Hardie siding installers and siding crews** for steady residential exterior work.

This is a **1099 subcontractor position** with **immediate work available**. We work **12 months out of the year** and are looking for dependable, experienced installers interested in consistent, long-term work.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

• Proven experience installing **James Hardie fiber cement siding**
• Experience with **lap siding, board & batten, panels, and Hardie trim**
• Must be experienced with **aluminum brake/bending and exterior trim work**
• Strong **caulking and flashing skills**
• Excellent attention to **detail and finish quality**
• Knowledge of proper Hardie installation requirements and clearances
• Ability to properly install house wrap, flashing, trim, siding, soffit, fascia, and related exterior components
• Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Jobsite cleanliness and professional workmanship are a must
