Jewelry Production Assistant

We are a small, artisan jewelry brand specializing in handcrafted gemstone jewelry. Our pieces are produced in small batches with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and beautiful craftsmanship. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Jewelry Production Assistant to help support our growing business.

Approximately 15–25 hours per week with flexibility based on production needs

Responsibilities

Assist with jewelry production and assembly
String gemstone necklaces and bracelets
Crimp and finish pieces to professional standards
Wire wrap and create simple component assemblies
Attach clasps, jump rings, and findings
Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency
Maintain an organized and tidy workspace

Qualifications

Experience in wire-wrapping, bead stringing (MANDATORY)
Production experience preferred
Comfortable performing repetitive jewelry work while maintaining quality
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Dependable, organized, and punctual
Strong ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation will be based on experience and skill level. This is a contract position.
