Luna Norte, a growing jewelry brand, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jewelry Production Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that supports our jewelry design, sample development, inventory, and order fulfillment processes during our busiest production season.
This hands-on role bridges the creative and operational sides of our business, ensuring samples, stock, and packaging are consistently prepared and maintained to meet wholesale, retail, and trade show needs.
The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in the success of our design and customer service teams by keeping samples and stockrooms orderly, managing materials, and helping produce and ship beautiful, handcrafted jewelry.
We offer permanent Full-Time, Full-Time Seasonal, and Temporary Part-Time Seasonal positions. Seasonal roles offer flexible durations of 1, 2, or 3 months, depending on your availability and business needs. Many members of our team have started in seasonal roles, and outstanding performers may be considered for longer-term or permanent opportunities as they become available.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Scale: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Benefits: Available after 60 days of employment. (Full-Time Position Only, Non-Seasonal).
- Days: Monday through Friday.
- Shift options: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. (Full-Time) | Seasonal: Varies.
Job Description & Functions
Jewelry Assembly & Quality Control
- Assemble jewelry components including chains, stones, earrings, and charms with precision.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, craftsmanship, and consistency with design specifications.
- Identify and correct defects (e.g., loose stones, misalignments, tarnishing).
- Assist with carding, ticketing, and packaging jewelry for orders, samples, and events.
- Fulfill internal sample requests as needed.
- Pull and pack orders from inventory for wholesale, retail, and events.
- Replenish assembly materials and packing supplies to avoid production delays.
- Track low inventory items and communicate restock needs to the team.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry, shipping paperwork, and sample logging.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve production workflows and quality standards.
- Support additional production and operational projects as needed.

- Prior experience in jewelry assembly, manufacturing, fulfillment, or product handling is preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills including email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse, fulfillment, and office environment.
