Jewelry Production Assistant (temp)

We're looking for a temp Production Assistant to provide on-site production support services to Electric Picks for the next 6 months (through 2026). Services are limited to quality control, packaging preparation, inventory support, and other production-related tasks as assigned by Company leads.

This position is in office 5x a week in our Irvington, NY office.
Hours: 9am-530pm

Quality Assurance

Perform visual and functional quality inspections on finished goods per Company standards
Identify, separate, and report defective, damaged, or non-conforming items

Production & Packaging

Prepare finished goods for packaging, staging, storage, or fulfillment.
Assemble, kit, bundle, and package products for launches, sample sales, and other production initiatives.
Sort, organize, and prepare inventory and production materials for transfer between production, storage, and fulfillment.

Inventory Support

Assist with physical inventory counts, including finished goods, work-in-progress (WIP), and packaged inventory.
Accurately record inventory counts and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory variances.
Support inventory organization, bin labeling, and stock maintenance as directed.

General Production Support

Supporting Production audits, sample pulls, or internal product reviews
Assisting with warehouse organization and workspace cleanliness related to production
Follow all Company SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards
Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency
Communicate issues, discrepancies, or concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
