Job Opportunity: GENERAL LABORER - full time/W2

Bee Window, Indiana's trusted window and door company, is hiring Installation Helpers and General Laborers to join our field team.

If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn a trade, we will train you. No prior construction or installation experience is required.

What you will do:

• Installation Helper: Assist our expert installation crews on residential window and door projects. You will help carry and stage materials, prep job sites, support the lead installer during installs, and leave every home cleaner than we found it.
• General Laborer: Support our field operations with material handling, loading and unloading, warehouse and job site cleanup, and general assistance wherever the crews need it.
