Description
We are a fast-paced sign shop looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our production team. You will be responsible for building custom sign structures, frames, and architectural elements from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate components using light structural steel, aluminum, and sheet metal.
Perform clean welding, cutting, fitting, and finishing/grinding operations.
Safely operate shop equipment including chop saws, sheet metal brakes, shears, and hand tools.
Read and work directly from shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication (sign industry experience is a plus).
Proficiency with shop tools: chop saws, sheet metal brakes, angle grinders, and plasma/torch cutters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerances.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
