Job Title: Working Foreman – Data Centers & Controlled Environments

About the Role:

Are you a skilled leader who loves to build and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty? We are looking for a Working Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead on-site crews building high-tech data centers and controlled environments. You will spend time both guiding workers and directly doing the physical work to get the job done right.

What You Will Do:

Lead, supervise, and work alongside a small crew on high-tech build sites.Manage daily project tasks to ensure data center builds stay on time and on budget.Read blueprints and tech specs to guide accurate building processes.Travel across the United States for quick, 4-day project installations.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Proven history working as a construction foreman or crew lead.Travel: Ability to travel overnight across the country for short-duration projects.Location: Reliable personal transportation to our main hub in Suwanee, GA.Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and hands-on building skills.Helpful Extras (A Plus, But Not Required)Hands-on trade experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Carpentry.Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certifications.
