Jobsite Superintendent

Description

Olczak General Contractors, Inc. (OGC) was founded in 2025 to meet a growing need – a better way to design and build. No project is too small or too ambitious. Every collaboration is an opportunity to create something meaningful, elevate craft, and leave the world better than we found it.

At Olczak General Contractors, we work seamlessly alongside the architecture and design team at Olczak Group to offer a design build process that unites design and construction from concept to completion, delivering smarter, faster, and better results. We transform inspired ideas into exceptional realities with simplicity and efficiency – eliminating the complexity and fragmented oversight that slows progress and drives up costs in traditional project delivery.

At our core, we balance creativity and curiosity with high performance — producing thoughtful, enduring places for living that serve real people and real needs. We’re not just shaping homes, buildings, interiors and landscapes — we’re crafting experiences, solving complex problems, and setting a new standard for how projects are delivered.

We’re here to rethink what’s possible – and then build it.
