Field Manager / Construction Supervisor (Residential Construction):

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Northern Virginia area for a Field Manager. The Field Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple construction and remodeling projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations at construction sites, supervising work crews, communicating with clients and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and addressing on-site challenges efficiently. The Field Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the office, clients, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Project management and leadership skills, with experience managing residential construction or home improvement teams.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Competency with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Local to Northern Virginia
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to various work sites within the Northern Virginia area.
• Fluency in English preferred.
