Key Responsibilities

Tile installations on walls and floors. Most work is Schluter System & old-school mud-set shower floors.
Prepare and clean job sites before and after work (clean up your mess)
Follow directions from lead installers and supervisors
Use tools and materials safely and properly
Maintain professional conduct in customer homes and businesses
Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Requirements / What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Quality-driven, detail-oriented
Demonstration of pride in workmanship
Comfortable performing physically demanding labor and working with power tools
Ability to work in physically active conditions, including:
Standing for long periods
Kneeling, bending, and working on floors
Lifting materials and tools as needed
Dependability, accountability, and a team-first attitude
Respectful communication and professionalism
