Operations Technician I — Entry Level / CDL Trainee Path

$18–20/hr, increase on CDL completion • Full-time • No experience required
Looking to get into a trade with real earning potential and job security? A&B Sanitation, family-operated since 1974, is hiring an entry-level field technician. No experience needed — if you show up, work hard, and are willing to earn your CDL, we'll train you into a skilled, well-paid technician.

What you'll do:

• Assist with septic pump-outs, grease trap service, and field environmental work under supervision
• Prep tools, materials, and paperwork for upcoming jobs
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Keep equipment and job sites clean and ready
• Learn operational procedures and grow toward independent work

What you need:

• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Willing and able to obtain a Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement within 90 days of hire (you obtain it; we work around your schedule)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs
