Full Time Customization Technician / Mechanic

Spicewood, TX · Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

One day you’re fitting carbon fiber on a Euro. The next day you’re lifting a truck. Every day you’re building something people actually talk about.

MADNESS Autoworks is a well established customization shop, not a dealer service bay.

We install carbon fiber accessories, exhausts, suspension, lift kits, wheels, and the rest of the parts that turn a stock vehicle into a statement.

We’ve built cars for TV shows, car shows, collectors, and local enthusiasts.

We also keep a collection of custom vehicles in show condition, and we wrench on those too.

The work:

• Install carbon fiber, exhausts, suspension, and other custom accessories
• Mix of European cars and trucks / off-road builds

• Maintain and occasionally modify our in-house show collection
• Builds for TV, car shows, collectors, and local enthusiasts

• Keep the shop clean and the cars show-ready

Requirements:

• Previous technician / mechanic experience is a must
• Must have your own tools

• Comfortable with all of the work above
• Pride in fitment, finish, and a clean bay

• Clean record and valid driver’s license
• Works well on a small crew — 3 lifts, 2–3 techs

Pay & perks:

• Hourly pay based on experience — not billable hours, not flat rate
