Journey level plus painter wanted

Hello ladies and gentlemen.

Well, after having let go several people who claim to be something, I'm still looking for that one special person who could manage a very small painting team.

Chances are you're not the person but maybe you are.

Can you really spray?
Can you really tell people what to do?
Can you manage your own self?
Can you track time materials and hours of yourself and your team?
When you see level 5 drywall do you know what to do before painting it?
Sad that I have to ask these ridiculous questions but chances are you might have the answers after you look it up on Google.
