Construction Laborer / Journeyman Carpenter
Chelan, Washington
$35 – $45 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer / Journeyman Carpenter with a minimum of three years of residential construction experience. This position requires professionalism, reliability, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Compensation:
$35 – $45 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill level.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License (Required)
- Reliable transportation
- Basic personal hand tools
- Ability to pass criminal background screening and drug test
- Clean driving record preferred
- Work authorization / proof of citizenship or legal residency (Required)
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday

- Occasional pre-scheduled weekend work
- Typical 8-hour shifts, flexible based on project needs
