Construction Laborer / Journeyman Carpenter

Chelan, Washington
$35 – $45 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer / Journeyman Carpenter with a minimum of three years of residential construction experience. This position requires professionalism, reliability, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation:
$35 – $45 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill level.

Perform a range of tasks including demolition, framing, trim carpentry, site organization, punch list work, and warranty service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License (Required)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic personal hand tools
  • Ability to pass criminal background screening and drug test
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Work authorization / proof of citizenship or legal residency (Required)
Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Day shift
  • Occasional pre-scheduled weekend work
  • Typical 8-hour shifts, flexible based on project needs
