Journeyman Carpenter Position

Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and experienced carpenter to join our team. This position plays a key role in the construction and finishing of our residential design build projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and be eager to learn more.

Primary responsibilities and requirements
 Skills and experience in framing, installation of windows and doors, drywall, and trim carpentry. Advanced trim carpentry skills required.
 Experience in residential renovations required.
 Proficiency with a broad variety of carpentry tools and materials.
 Ability to read plans and understand project specifications.
 Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently independently and under supervision.
 Strong work ethic, detail oriented and professional at all times.
 Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
 Positive attitude and work well with others including coworkers, homeowners and trade professionals.
 Maintain a safe, clean and organized job site.
 Experience in tile, electric, plumbing and HVAC are a plus.

 Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
 Prompt arrival each morning is a necessity.
 Reliable transportation is required.
 Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
 Ability to pass a background check and drug testing.
