We are growing and looking for a talented, dependable Journeyman Carpenter or Trim Carpenter to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that is expanding and invested in the people who help build it.

The Role:

You will be doing what you do best, quality Carpentry and finish work, while also taking ownership of your jobs and potentially leading a crew as we grow. We value craftsmanship, accountability, and a positive attitude on the job site.

Compensation: $40.00/hr starting, with room to grow

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in trim carpentry or lead carpentry
Personal tools and a reliable truck
Professional, team-oriented attitude
A genuine interest in growing long-term with a company that values your contribution
