Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Skilled Electrician to perform electrical installations and support field operations across multiple job sites. This is a hands-on role responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in new construction and renovation projects.
The ideal candidate understands construction sequencing, can work efficiently with other trades, and maintains a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Workmanship
Install electrical systems, wiring, conduit, panels, lighting, and devices according to plans and specifications
Perform rough-in and finish electrical work for commercial and residential projects
Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and electrical drawings
Install EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit
Terminate panels, transformers, switchgear, and equipment
Ensure all installations meet NEC and local code requirements
Jobsite Coordination
Coordinate daily tasks with Superintendent and Project Manager
Work alongside other trades to maintain schedule and workflow
Prepare for inspections and support correction of punch items
Track materials and communicate shortages or needs
Safety & Compliance
Follow OSHA and company safety standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Use proper PPE and safe work practices at all times
Qualifications
3+ years of electrical experience in construction
State certification or apprenticeship status preferred
Strong knowledge of NEC and jobsite safety
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
Experience with commercial TI, multifamily, or ground-up construction is a plus
Ability to lift heavy materials and work from ladders or lifts
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
