Journeyman Electrician — Learn HVAC & Grow Into a Dual-Trade Role

About the Role

We're a growing maintenance and facilities contractor providing electrical services for commercial/retail spaces in the Sacramento area. We're looking for a Journeyman-level Electrician to join us part-time — with the opportunity to cross-train into HVAC and grow into a full-time, dual-trade role as our workload expands.

This is a great fit for someone who wants to build with a small, hands-on company from the ground floor — more responsibility, more variety, and real input into how things get done, without the bureaucracy of a large shop.

What You'll Do

Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work for commercial spaces
Handle both routine maintenance and occasional project-based work
Work independently and reliably on assigned sites
Pick up HVAC exposure and hands-on training alongside your electrical work

What We're Looking For

Journeyman-level electrician

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills — comfortable working independently
Reliable, professional, and communicative
Genuinely interested in learning HVAC and building toward dual-trade skills — this is a real part of the role, not just a nice-to-have
Own tools and reliable transportation
